Cancellation and Refund Policy for Bombay Casuals

Cancellation: Cancellation is not permitted once an order is placed.

Refund: Refunds are not permitted. Only exchanges are possible in the case of manufacturing defects. An unboxing video in uncut condition is mandatory for exchange requests. Customers are responsible for the shipping expenses of the defective item.
